1. Shipping
1.1. Shipping Cost & Time
Ozphoneworld offers Free Shipping on all orders over $49 within Australia and over $99.9 for Express Shipping Option. For more information, please visit out "Shipping Policy" page
1.2. How many days can my order be dispatched/fulfilled?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, and up to 12 business days for remote areas.
1.3. Can I track my order delivery?
Tracking is available for Both Standard and Express Shipping. We using AusPost as our only shipping partner. You will receive an update email with your tracking information. You can track your orders on Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au).
1.4. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the address for you. But if your order is on the way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
1.5. There is a missing/defective/incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Team with photos/videos of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
1.6. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery timeframe, please follow the steps below:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest delivery updates
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct and check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact your local courier or post office for further information

If your parcel is still missing, please contact us with your order details. We will assist you in locating your parcel or resolving the issue as soon as possible.

2. Return & Exchange

3. Ordering
3.1. Do I need to open an account in order to purchase?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, you will be able to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
3.2. How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Shop and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. Also, PayPal and GPay are supported by us.
3.3. Can I amend and cancel my order?
Yes. Obey Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the Website for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. For more information, visit our page " Refund Policy".
3.4. I have a discount code, how can I use it?
When making a purchase, you can see a discount code input box on the right top of the checkout page or at the top of the page on mobile devices. Once you enter your purchase code, the order amount will be automatically updated.
3.5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in user dashboard if you are a registered user.
