Cancelation, Exchange & Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at Ozphoneworld@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please send to our PO Box address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange or Refund
We are NOT required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Administration $15 Re-Stock Fee of each item will be charged on any return and postage fees will be not refunded.
Postage fees charge also applied on any FREE shipping conditon order on any return.
Return Postage will be at buyer cost unless special condition approved by Ozphoneworld.
Please note above fees will be charged for any return unless is Ozphoneworld fault.
Cancelation or Change of Mind
Administration and Re-Stock Fee $15 will be charged on any Cancelation or Change of Mind after order placed before shipped out to recover advertisement cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, sim cards or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
