Was very disappointed that the photo on the website and on the packet when it arrived showed a press stud to keep the card pockets together but upon opening the packaging there wasn’t one so a bit deceptive. I was looking forward to the press stud as the precious one I had to use Velcro stick dots To hold them together when making a call.

I purchased it for a friend and quoted you it was for an Apple 11 phone. The plasric receptacle for the phone was too large so we had to purchase a flexible neoprene case for the phone which solved the problem of the phone falling out. The wallet features are excellent. All good now.

I emailed you to advise that the buttons do not work that cover the phone buttons. Every time I have to click on the silent button increase or decrease the volume or to pay with my credit card I literally have to move the case that holds the phone away from the phone so the buttons will work which is very annoying. I love the design and colour. I put all my cards in the slots, it’s so handy and I don’t need to carry a purse at all. The problem is the clear plastic is way too tough, I can’t depress my phone buttons to change volume, turn phone off etc. I tried to cut the plastic button covers off and now it’s a mess. Pretty disappointing overall.
